We provide solutions which enables our clients to capitalise on more of their own time whilst we deal with their recruitment needs. We also spend extra time getting to know our clients; this enables us to not only to match the right candidate by skills wise, but also to match the right candidate by personality.
Our process consists of updating our clients of any changes to the candidate market, we also ask our candidates to complete an interview feedback form so clients can gain a perception on what the candidates thoughts and feelings are towards them as a potential employer.
Our consultants are available up to as late as 9pm to ensure they maximise the probability of matching the best candidate to specific tailored vacancy.
